Lukas has been a team member since March 2017. He has more than 15 years of experience as research director in qualitative market research. Lukas is specialized in pharmaceutical market research (Rx) and usability research. Apart from the German market, Lukas has conducted numerous studies in other European countries as well as North America. Customers appreciate him as an excellent and passionate moderator.

Since October2016, Beate is anew on Board with objective as a Research Director. Her specialization lies in the area of the marketing communication. Previous stations were international advertising agencies like McCann-Erickson and Leo Burnett as well as marketing management in the chemist's shop area and all market research qualitative-psychological at the head, especially for special target groups. Branch main focuses are OTC products as well as FMCG. Beate introduces herself with her experience and her international background in the objective team.
Andre acts as a certificate sociologist and since June 2016 as a Research Trainee with objective. Before he changed in the market research, he worked on the field of work empiric social research at the University of Technology of Darmstadt. He disposes of a wide experience in qualitative interview guidance and connects consumer's questionings also with modern data acquisition technologies like mobile or stationary Eye-Tracking.
